Mr. Ramakant Sharma is the founder of Bhardwaj group of companies and chairman of the company. He holds M.Sc(Maths) degree from Meerut University, MBA from UP Technical University and LLB from Meerut University. In Year 1989 Mr. Sharma began his business with a proprietor firm under the name of Bhardwaj Security Services (Regd.). After successfully running the firm for 9 years it was transformed into a private limited company in the year 1998. Again after successive 10 years, on 19th August 2008, the company changed its name to b4S Solutions Private Limited. It has evolved into an integrated human resources services company with a commitment to provide people and people related services and adding the net worth of the human capital of the organization.

Our team consist of experienced O&M head, Zonal supervisors, field technicians, surveillance engineers, MIS assistant, inventory assistant, QA and audit engineer with 8-10 years of experience in same industry. Our group provides 24×7 services and keeps the network in serviceable condition with 99.99% uptime. Equipments at cell sites are routinely checked for preventive maintenance as per manufacturer’s guidelines.
